Projects Ekgården, located in Södertälje (Sweden), and Nyponlunden, located in Örebro (Sweden), were both launched this month for Hemgården. These two projects were made possible by Hannes Rhodin, Johan Lundborg, Emma Liljeqvist and our interior Graphical Artists in Bangkok. Well done everyone!!

Some very exciting news on the product development side of things. Last week saw not only the successful completion of the first ever iPad compatible version of D-Navigator 4.0, but also its subsequent launch for NCC’s Tullingedal project. If you happen to own an iPad we would like to encourage you to launch the new D-Navigator 4.0 and try out the gyro-function on the D-Panorama 3D Engine, it rocks! Hats off to Mikael Lorentzen, Anders Karlsson and Kristoffer Ekendahl from our Product Development Team for making dreams come true.

Götenehus project Brf Thure goes live!
Project Brf Thure (Stockholm, Sweden) was successfully launched this month. This was a project that we worked on for Götenehus (in cooperation with NCC.) The project was Managed by Johan Birgersson and the Graphical Artists that helped turn this project into a visual reality were Warakorn Termwattanapakdee ("Give”), Jirapat Kittimanapan ("Ohh”) and Ammara rujichanantakul ("Kwang”) for the interior images while Pattrawut Boonrio ("Not”), Thanawat Boonlumlers ("View”), Chaiwat Panyasan ("Nok”) and Wittaya Wangpuk ("Aon”) helped in the production of all the exterior imagery.

DIAKRIT & NCC in spectacular Tullingedal launch
Last night saw the beginning of a new era for DIAKRIT’s New Construction segment as we helped our long-time client NCC host an event that re-defines how new developments are packaged and sold to potential buyers.
Using the resources available to us through our Aftermarket Call Center in Bangkok, a crowd of around 150 prospective buyers were invited to an auditorium just outside of Stockholm, a couple kilometers away from the site where the project will be built, for the official release of NCC’s Tullingedal project. There DIAKRIT helped NCC and Fastighetsbyrån put on a lavish presentation that used our visualization tools to promote the development and secure the sale of the Tullingedal apartment units.
This was a Sales event in its truest form, an event that combined our state-of-the-art visualization tools with direct sales. This event will forever change the way New Construction Projects are marketed and sold to the public and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

We have several new colleagues to welcome this week, starting with Chote Kiatruangamala who is now the company’s Financial Controller and will be working directly under our CFO Oscar in the Bangkok office. We also have the pleasure of welcoming Pongsakorn Chaison (aka: Rin) who started as QC recently, while Paweenrat Srirod (aka: Palm), Apilak Maneenet (aka: Nho) and Netnapa Homkratok (aka: Zine) have all joined DIAKRIT as Draftsmen.

This week saw the completion of two new projects that are the result of the combined efforts of a large number of colleagues from our Product Development and New Construction Departments. In the words since June 2011, we are please to present D-Navigator 4.0 and D-Configurator 1.1, both of which will be the featured sales tools in NCC’s latest development Tullingedal. A massive congrats to all those involved in making these latest versions a reality!
