* Why am I not able to make a web-correction of my floor plan?

Our web-correction service is based on a Flash program and it requires you to have Flash installed on your computer in order for it to work. If you don’t yet have Flash, please click on the following link to download it: Get Flash |
| * My order has been delivered but there is something wrong with it. What do I do now? |
Log in to the ordering system and find your order. Click on the order number and then click on “Correcting a floor plan” and there you will find instructions on how to proceed. |
| * Where can I find my previously ordered floor plans? |
All your previous orders are listed in our ordering system and you can download them from there whenever you like.

| * In the delivery email I received 2 different types of files, what is the difference between them? |
One of the files is called “Print” which is a PDF file. For example this file may be used for printing or publishing. The other file is called “Web” and is suitable for uploading onto a website. |
