‘Facts & evidence – that is the future of marketing for real estate’. This was one of the key messages taken from Dick Karlsson’s interview with Lee Woodward, founder of the Real Estate Academy recently as part of a Real Estate audio coaching program in Australia.

Described as ‘the only international marketing authority’ in the real estate industry for ‘running one of the biggest visual communication companies in the world’ by Lee, Dick shared how perfecting the buying experience with interactive and engaging marketing content, not only on a listing page but also in social media platforms, is a must to be successful in today’s tough market.
“In today’s market… what we’ve seen over the last 12 months we can all agree the market has shifted from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market. Meaning to actually engage and attract the buyer is more relevant than ever. The buyer is more demanding than ever in this time poor society that we all live in. If I have a customer experience on Spotify or Amazon or any moving brands that’s what I expect when I do the biggest transaction of my life which is real estate.
